Both driver and admin team available constantly on WhatsApp. Vehicle was very nice - a comfortable, roomy van with great a/c and good suspension. A huge shout out to our driver Ravi M - an absolute gentleman. Excellent driver - experienced, safe, confident and amenable to all our requests including ad hoc diversions. Very knowledgeable and gave us some suggestions and tips that we might not have considered. In particular, navigating a steep and winding road at dusk in the Kandy hills to a resort that he had never been to before reflected well on his incredible driving ability. Would 110% recommend both the company and Ravi. You made what was a superb touring holiday even better as we did not need to worry about logistics.
